Not only a scam but a fraudulent liar. Mark Sutter????

Ordered 1500 rounds of .22 ammo on June 6th 2018. Never got my ammo. Money was removed from my account the second I ordered. Sent e mails tried to call always rang busy. Finally in july got a email about why my order didn't get sent. Ammo was damaged by hurricane. I sent e mail fine return my cash again no money no ammo. Got a message from the USPS that a box was delivered to my home on july5th 2018 from munireusa but I was put into the hospital on july 4th with life threating issues and wasnt released until july 20th 2018. If the box was delivered with I knew nothing about because the notice was sent to my cell phone which wasnt in my possession at the time it was stolen from my front porch and I didn't receive it. The postal service said my only option was to report it stolen and send munire and copy of police report to get another box of ammo delivered but with your company's stellar e mail response time and your never answered phone it seem like I'm going to be ripped off of my $61.93, pretty sad a disabled American loses hard earned money to a business with no more compass and zero company coustermer service. If I was you I would find a more reputable company to deal with. If you look at most of their 5 star reviews there from 2-3-4 years ago. Any current ones all say the same thing run dont walk away from this company. I'm going to keep putting reviews on this page till someone from the company contacts me about replacement or refund of my cash. Go luck with future business because if I get my way you won't have any.

I placed an order back in June only to have my order canceled unexpectedly by the them. When I inquired about a refund after a few weeks I got an email stating that I would get a refund which as of August 25th I have yet to receive it. $155. Out the window. No phone calls as their phone only makes outgoing calls.

I ordered ammo in June. They said all ammo was damaged from Hurricane Harvey & they were cancelling my order & would credit my charge card within 5-7 business days. Two months later & I’m still waiting for that credit! There were over 200 customers that were told this same thing! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They claim on some customers’ orders to have sent their ammo, except the only thing delivered to them was information on Alzheimer’s via United States Postal Service! USPS CANNOT LEGALLY ship ammunition!! Something is definitely wrong with this sheister!

I ordered 9 boxes and got 8. I sent two emails with no response. I called a bunch f times, but their phone is always busy. I called after hours and left a msg--no response. All my missing $13 dollars get me is this review and the opportunity to comment on MUNRIEUSA's non-existant customer service.

I placed my order on 06/15/18. This company charged my credit card $320.20 on the same day. I then received an email on 06/25/18 stating my order had been shipped along with a tracking number. The USPS tracking stated I received my ordered on 07/09/18 and my order was put in the mail slot. Well my order weighed approx 80lbs. I called the USPS and the inspector confirmed the package that was delivered weighed just 1 ounce. So this company could show the credit card company my order was delivered. 1 ounce of paper not the 80 lbs of ammo. Never got my ammo delivered. Called the company on the 844-639-2666 number any no one ever answers and the emails to support@munireusa.com don't get returned either. After going through all of this I started researching this company and you can see quickly there are many other people with similar experiences. If you have had this happen you need to file a claim with the postal inspector. Go to USPS.com and then the bottom of the page and click on the words "Postal Inspector" then go to "File a complaint" and follow the prompts. This will file a complaint with the USPS for fraud. The USPS will then shut this company down. And Hopefully others will not lose their money.

Only posted 5 stars so that this review wouldn't go to the back of the list. These people are scam artists. Read the recent reviews, if you can find them. I was in a group of nearly 200 who were in a mass email chain saying our orders were canceled due to hurricane Harvey a year ago. The order was reinstated but we all received an Alzheimer's brochure that was tied to the shipping number to deter card companies from issuing refunds. These people went out of their way to commit fraud. Please dont be a victim.

Complete scam, run away! Check the BBB, check the real reviews. This company sent me an Azlheimer's pamphlet instead of ammo to keep me waiting.

I purchased two types of ammo from Munire both for very specific reasons. Most importantly I purchased re-manufactured Ultramax ammo with lead bullets (no copper jackets). The reason for this was that my local indoor gun range does not allow copper jackets. What i recieved in the mail was copper jacketed bullets. I email several times and go no human acknowledgments back just automated emails. Phone line is always unanswered or busy.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY OF YOUR MONEY! THERE ARE CLOSE TO 200OTHERS THEY HAVE STOLEN MONEY FROM AND NEVER PROVIDED ANY REFUNDS, OR PRODUCTS! They have been reported by me to the Texas AG.

They cancel orders, never ship, and don't refund. Max ol' boy, you're going to jail real soon.

First off they sell a product that they don't actually have in stock. Then take forever to refund. Then send me an Alzheimer's pamphlet like I'm the one with issues. Just stay away

Recently placed an order and got a letter from the Alzheimer’s association as my product. No bullets.

Ordered ammo on 15 June. Order was cancelled within 2 days by them after cc was charged. I’m disputing the charges. It’s been over 2 weeks and no refund!

STOLE $46.57 for two bricks of .22lr and NEVER SHIPPED. THIEVES! Ordered June 10th, never got shipping update, then order was marked as cancelled, then I did get a shipping update, then order was marked as cancelled again. NO response to emails or phone calls. THIEVES!!!!! Had to go to my bank to file paperwork to recoup my STOLEN money. You scumbags!!!! Never have I had such a poor experience with your scumbag company. I'm not alone...check out BBB and ResellerRatings.com for multiple, multiple accounts. You should be ashamed and thrown in jail.
