I never received my package

When I received my bag I noticed that some stitching was loose. For that amount of money I shouldn't find anything that looks on finish. I always buy these in the store and have never experienced this problem.

I love MultiSac. I love an organizer purse, and these have plenty of pockets and zippers, yet are small and lightweight. Besides that, they are cute. I now own 4 crossbody bags, and have my eye on a couple of larger bags.
