Missing My Old Crossbody Bag

I saw the plaid purse on your advertisement and I thought if only there was a different color and lo and behold there was! So I ordered my purse and I got it in a few days. It is wonderful and holds my different pouches, phone, homeopathics I carry with my oils. It even has a ring I can clip my keys on. I absolutely love my purse.

What would you think if an item was described as machine washable and non-leather? That description led me to believe the bag was a soft fabric like microfiber or polyester not vinyl! Customer service stated they do not pay for return shipping. Adding the original shipping plus the cost to ship back wasn't worth it. Very disappointed. Won't do business with them again.

The only "hiccup" that I felt like I had; is that I was pretty certain that I registered and ordered under my account; but when I'd log in to check the order progress, it didn't register. Other than that, I would do it again. =)

I love my bag, it arrived within 3 or 4 days after placing my order. I have had other MultiSac handbags and loved them all.

My last MultiSac tote purse was 5-6 years old. I loved the material and compartment layout, and never replaced it despite fraying and tears appearing because I couldn't find a similar design in stores or on the MultiSac website. This crossbody purse is smaller and made of different material, but it's cute and the compartment layout is similar enough. It led me to downsize, so it was for the better. I can still fit the essentials like my cellphone + charger, keys, wallet, hand sanitizer and lotion, etc. I can even slip my 8" tablet in the back zipper closure if needed. Stress-free shopping experience and timely delivery as well.

My purse came in very soon in fact sooner than I expected the wait time is very quick after you place your order!!!!
