There seemed to be a delay in the time from order confirmation to shipping notification, like a week, which concerned me. I was expecting a day or two. I could have gone into the store to receive these items in-person quicker. . . When I emailed customer service, I was surprised to receive a response immediately. And in another day or two, the package arrived. Had there been a delay in response or if I got an automated response to say "someone will get back to me soon", my star rating would be less. So, koodos to the customer service rep.

this is the best product i have purchased. I am always on the go. Work to travel, hard to find a descent hot food on the road. So sometime i bring my own home cook meal. This product is very useful in terms of heating up my food. I wish they have this in DUAL Voltage so i can also bring this product to Europe and Asia.
