I never received my order, and although it was Purlator’s fault, I got charged the delivery fees anyway… so far I haven’t been reimbursed for the merchandise…, the online shopping experience was a total disappointment, as well as customer service … and as much as I love Muji, I will NEVER buy at Muji Canada again…

I am following up to escalate my complaint regarding Order #230587, as over one week has passed with no response despite multiple contact attempts. The order is marked as delivered, but I never received it. I live in a house, was home all day on the delivery date, and checked my property and nearby areas. The package was not found. It has now been over one month since the order was placed, yet I was charged without receiving the item. This is unacceptable. I am requesting an immediate refund. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it to my credit card provider and consumer protection authorities.
