Excellent customer service. I ordered a mug towards a christmas present. Twice I ordered the wrong one but quickly emailed and their response was extremely prompt. They refunded each time I wrongly ordered .. (Ordered & refunded within 24 hrs). In the end I received 2 mugs with Supermug not accepting payment for one of them even though it had been my fault. The mugs are excellent quality personalised exactly as asked for. A big 5 stars. I recommend to all.
