Muenster has great products, quick shipping and responsive customer service. The only problem I encounter was a too enthusiastic email campaign with offers, coupons, etc. that arrived before the products arrived at my home. How can I take advantage of these offers, coupons, etc. if I don’t know how my dog will respond to them? My suggestion is to wait a week or so after delivery date to send me offers, coupons, etc.
