I have always had great service with Muenster especially the staff. they have all been very nice. On my last order part of it was missing. The only problem i had was getting thru on the phone to someone. When you are older, sometimes you may not be to tech savy. Once i got thru to someone, it went great and i got the rest of my order in a couple of days. Thanks again

The cheese treats were mostly crumbs

I keep trying out things to find for our picky eater because I really like dealing with this company. They ship quick, have reasonable pricing and the dog food seems to be really good quality.

The pups like the cheese, but there is a lot of crumb sized pieces that are not usable for treats. Otherwise, is a hit with the pups.

I am having trouble with using my points do not like the new system

We have used a couple different formulas and they are always fresh, clean and deliveries are timely.

Shipping was alright, the box came torn but that could have been a delivery thing. Ordered two big bags of food, one small and treats. Doggo LOVES the treat. The food she loved the fish haven’t tried the rest.

Love the food, love the service. We use the subscription service and never worry about running out and when you are feeding 14 dogs that's a good thing!
