It is nice to use but has some poor designs that would make it a much nicer machine for the price. I come from a masonry family and used machines often to mix mortar and sometimes concrete either in bag form or self mix. A grate on top to hold the bag would be nice, the water hook up to be stronger and turn at an angle so it is less likely to get caught and break, a few areas better designed so the dry dust doesn’t get caught in and difficult to clean. Overall I was able to mix over 40 80lb bags in an hour by myself doing a pad. Slower than a concrete truck but in difficult areas and working alone and at my own pace made it nice. Good work out!

Support was helpful in diagnosing my issue and the replacement parts fixed the issue getting us back up and running.

Over-priced and fragile. Good pouring speed, but the pieces used are incredibly brittle for being critical to use. Purchased to pour a small pad for a shed. Before even completing the first pour, the wheel axil broke. Absolute trash for a $4k USD item.

The shipping and packing were great, but everyone should have one of these kits on hand just in case. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE MUD MIXER, but if I did at any point, I know that I would have the parts on hand. No down time in the middle of the job and that's Great!

Not reliable. Would be a 5 if I could rely on the machine to work every time.
