I had ordered this product and I never received it

Such good value for money, fast delivery and really packaged. Website was easy to use and a wide range of really affordable products that work like a dream! Why bankrupt yourself? Makeup is more about the artist and less about the product in my opinion.

Absolutely over the moon with my decision to buy the Stop The Search mascara. So impressed with the impact. Quick to apply, no smudging and so much easier to remove than the more expensive brands. I continue to be amazed by this amazing brand ❤️

Ordered lots of products from the website- actual make-up great quality for the price, but customer service is non-existent. Parcel arrived beaten and damaged and water logged, 2 products inside were damaged. Have written to customer service via email on two occasions now and zero reply. This has been over a month without communication. Have just now accepted the loss but will never buy online directly from them again… only in store with proper returns ability.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Site is really easy to use which will make me more likely to buy from the site as I never finish orders from other makeup site or drug store sites as most are laggie. There is also a good amount of products without there being too much. I'm able to look at everything. Too much is off putting.

Love the products. I use the lip liners and lipsticks from here.
