Quite frankly, I was astonished at the quality and value for money from Mua. The products I ordered are exactly the right colour for me, veery, very reasonably priced and are BETTER than the more expensive products I have tried with little success - until I found MUA. Although I think this brand is directed at younger women than me, I am impressed with the quality and range of colours - particularly with the eyebrow range. These products work. I'm so impressed I immediately ordered again! Please don't ever change these eyebrow items!

I love how affordable this brand is. They really seem to care about making decent products for a decent price. I love the try on mode and that they’ll suggest colours/shades for you. Shipping was as expected and no products looked damaged or used/dirty. Minus a star because if you accidentally leave the site it doesn’t remember your basket as a lot of websites do. If you are also on the site using your phone and wish to use the try on mode, the accept conditions button is hidden behind more writing and if you try to press it, it will exit you from the try on mode. Once you make an account it doesn’t remember your skin shade so if you want to find a shade recommendation you have to enter your colouring in every single time, it seems like there should be a way to remember your shade details for future use.
