When I typed in Alcohol free Hawthorn Berry, this was one of the 1st products to pop up on Google. So you can understand why I was shocked when my 1st mouthful tasted completely of alcohol. I rang the Company who produces this product "The Pharmaceutical Plant Company Pty Ltd" and they politely told me this information is disclosed on the packaging and on the website. Well I can confirm, it isn't displayed in the ingredients, but instead as a warning on the side of the packaging. What a loophole. Apparently, they aren't required to add this very important ingredient on the ingredients list. How is this possible? For lack of transparency and absolutely no willingness to support their customer, I will never purchase from this website and by this company again, to the best of my ability. I will avoid it as much as possible and share my experience with others.
