The shipping was complicated at delivery as it came in two separate parcels at separate dates and was confusion at the shop . Please can all stores get more stock of comforters and for longer periods so we don’t have to order online to get the products

I truly have no bad experience with ordering online. Always fast and they notify you immediately if a product is not available. The only problem I do have and I don't think this is a Mr Price problem but the couriers you use are rude sometimes and don't want to deliver making up excuses saying the parcel has no adress you have to pick up at the store when your parcel states door to door delivery.

Ordering online was breeze for a small town work from home mom of a 2year old. It took a cup of coffee, a scroll and a push of a button. No diesel wasted, I could still work and take care of my family. It's convenient and that's what make the day so much more easier.
