I researched many bags for a 5 month Car roadtrip and after a few insightful emails with Michael, chose this one. I and my rockin' travel gal love it. The four vent flaps and two handy pockets are great. The tether wasn't long enough for her to get to the travel litter bag (don't recommend), so I created an extender, which worked great. And the extension allowed her to sit on car console for petting. She prefers looking around but uses carrier when wanting quiet or a comfortable sleeping pad, which is easily removable and washable. As we're still traveling, I keep it out and often find her chilling inside carrier. I do wish the tether was longer And the clasp larger, as clasp smallness it trying to open, connect.

The patches are awesome. They look like the breed and were executed well with the embroidery. You can get both Velcro if you want and I got four for the household
