Shipping Delay
I ordered 20820-6-6 fittings. The reason I ordered this item from MRO was they showed the item in stock. Little did I know and was not informed that shipping was going to to be done several days latter.

I contacted Rod at MROSTOP.com about qty. 85 Graco ball valves. He was extremely helpful. He followed up with me and returned my calls and emails promptly. I was more than pleased with my overall experience ordering from them. I have now added them as one of my favorites for sourcing parts outside of what I normally purchase for my customers. Again, I can't give enough thanks and gratitude for Rod for all of his help...

My first try with MRO Stop
After several shipping delays, I ended up cancelling the order. The ship date kept getting moved back, and finally I ended up cancelling and finding somewhere else. Very poor experience and I'll never shop with them again. They did promptly refund my $, so I guess that's something.

Very good customer service! When I received my order, one item was short shipped, so I left a review saying I was missing one item. I thought since I was not in the USA it was my loss so I didn't bother contacting MRO Stop about it, but it didn't take long after the review that I got an email from them asking which item was missing. They refunded that item and since my order shipped internationally, they also refunded the tax. I highly recommend MRO Stop.
