Excellent!! Rod is really good and supportive

Although MRO had exactly what I needed, the shipment left a lot to be desired. A week after purchase, the status of the order was unchanged, showing it was being issued from the warehouse and the status would change after something has been done. So a few more days and no change, I called MRO and the guy said, "It went out yesterday by UPS, want a tracking number?" I got the merchandise and was in no great big hurry but wondered if I had purchased from a business with good reputation.

The air bag was to small for the application I need then when I call to try and find a bigger bag Rod the sales person was so rude that I will never do business here again besides that I was charge 18% restocking fee that for parts I never use and still in box

ordered these for import into the UK and the service was excellent, well packaged and arrived in the time frame stated when order placed
