When I placed 2 orders in one day, Mr. Hemp wanted to ensure that I had not made a mistake, so they called. What a refreshing surprise for a company to give me a courtesy call, to ensure that I did not accidently placed two orders. They wanted to be sure they got my order right and called to verify. It was a great call and a great feeling to know that there ARE companies out there that don't just take your money. I received both of my orders in record time and continue to order from them.
