Got the Gatlin flannel for a Christmas present and apparently there is a short 30 day window to make returns. They wouldn’t accept a return and it had only been 60 days. Obviously someone bought it for me a month or so before the holidays. So it was not returnable as soon as I got it.

Customer service and overall experience is a pleasure.

Still excellent, but please bring back the higher thread count. Wonderfully comfortable, incomparably tough and incredibly long lasting (20+ years, including 2 in combat zones).

Good jeans that fit great.

Fully functional, durable, and looks great with a hat and pair of boots. Perfect for the quickly changing weather here in Colorado!

Great sale pricing. Very dependable shipping.

Love these pants!

Cool stuff

I love Mountain Khaki clothing. Well made clothes.

Like Mountain Khakis. I have pants I am still wearing that are over 14 years old. Quality product.

Perfect

Great pants!

Service was great and shipping was fast and logistically sound!

Great sale options and generally 2-3 day shipping

Not a bad garment - certainly nothing special in the way of quality. Shipping time and communication however are horrible.

Love the gear!
