I have been a loyal customer of mountain khakis for over 10 years. I have spent hundreds of dollars as gifts and for my personal use. I just received 4 pair of pants 2 of which did not fit and I needed a smaller size. I was contacted by Fernando with customer service and was told that the pair I wanted to exchange was a final sale item and could not be exchanged. I am a 70 year old physician and I never saw on the website that they could not be exchanged for the correct size. This policy is so wrong and they have lost a loyal customer and my family over 2 pair of jeans. Where is the customer service that has always been there? Kim McDonald MD
