I received my package with Patagonia baggies inside, tried on, too big so began return process, could not get return form to type in my return info, called helpline, no one answered after 20 rings. So I sent for the next size down and now am sitting with the too large pair and no info about how to get it back to you for the exchange. This is not great service. Mary in Montana
