Recently, I had to return a pair of shoes for 1/2 size bigger. I was instructed that I would need to pay for the shipping for them to be returned and exchanged for the bigger size , but they act like they are doing me a huge favor when they send me the new size, I wont be charged for the shipping. Well, I shouldn't be! I wasn't charged for the shipping when I bought the shoes, so why do I have to cover the return cost when I am only exchanging my shoes for the right size? This was so frustrating! I HAD TO PAY TO EXCHANGE MY ITEM. I will NEVER buy from MOUNTAIN HIGH OUTFITTERS again. Learned my lesson :0/

I had an issue with a recent purchase (wrong item sent). Long story short, issue was resolved and correct item at my door within 24 hrs. This was my first order here, but I will definitely be back.

Overall smooth. It would have been nice to be reassured that the inseam was what I wanted but after digging in the specs I found it. Was just worried the waist would be correct and not the length.

I thought I was ordering a plain white north face fleece jacket for my daughter but when it arrived I was disappointed to see it has an Aztec pattern. The photo on the site showed plain white but after I received it I looked back and see the description says white aztec, I wish I hadn’t overlooked this detail when ordering.

I ordered a Bogg Bag & it let me process and pay. Got a call that it wasn't in stock. Not very happy thst the online store isn't kept up to date. I could have purchased from another store but a different color so I went with this store because of the color. By the time I got called back, of course the other store had sold out so I missed it as well. If your going to sell online, you should have a system that keeps up with your inventory correctly. I wasn't even offered the opportunity to get on a waitlist since I had already purchased. A refund was given of course but it's the principle. I did much searching to find one in stock.

The wrong color was sent to me, but I needed them immediately so I was unable to return them and start over to get the correct color. (Especially due to COVID-19 rules making that even more difficult at the time of purchase). I got the stone color and the fit is nice and they are my favorite tennis I have at the moment even though they aren’t the color I preferred.
