First time mama here. I do like the Luna pump. I liked the massage feature as I felt that it helped get my milk ready to flow. The nightlight is a nice feature when I'm pumping at night.

The works great, it is very quite and portable. I have like I have been able to produce more milk with this pump. I had the Medela freestyle before and I like the motif Luna so much more.

I have had this pump for 2 months and it broke within the first month. I've contacted the company multiple times about getting a new one since it's still within warranty and I never get a response. This company is a joke. Would not recommend.

This is by far my favorite pump I’ve ever had. I get 5-6 ounces pumped in 5-7 minutes. It isn’t noisy. It’s light weight. I love it!!

I seldom post a review about the manufacturer, but this time around, I’m definitely impressed with the dedicated service and helpful attitude of Motif Medical Customer Service Rep! Not only that they called me back right away upon hearing my problem, but they also did resolved my issue right there and then. My dilemma started when I initially ordered a Motif Luna from Aeroflow, and prior to me getting the actual pump, I realized that it’s not suited for my lifestyle so I tried asking them if they can swap it with Motif Duo. Unfortunately, I was turned down by Aeroflow as they said it’s already been shipped out and can no longer be exchanged. As a final resort, I decided to call the manufacturer directly, and told them about my problem. It turned out to be a positive experience, and within a few hrs, I was able to get a response and a quick solution to my dilemma. They truly made my day and will absolutely give them a big thumbs up for an excellent customer service that they provide!

It has great suction with a wide range of settings and it’s extremely quiet. It’s about as loud as a cell phone vibrating in your back pocket - meaning: barely audible. It plugs into the wall and it’s not portable/rechargeable. It has a nightlight feature too. I liked this pump a lot and would definitely recommend it to anyone else.
