I have been happy with my breast pump itself, but I am very disappointed with the length of warranty on it and it’s associated car charger. The pump is only warrantied for one year and the car charger for 3 months! My car charger went out after just several months. I was disappointed to find that the company would not replace this item as it has been an instrumental part of the connivence of my life. Apparently I just have to keep buying a new one every few months if I want to luxury of pumping in my car.

First off all, I want to say that the pump itself is great! I like it much better than Medela. It is much more quiet and has more suction power. However, it has terrible default settings. When I tried it for the first time, I connected everything and pushed power on. It started to pump on the HIGHEST suction level (12)! I was not ready for that. It was so painful! My nipples were damaged and were sore for a few days after that. I think that default setting must be the lowest suction level and then you go from it to the comfortable level. And for me it’s never 12, the max would be 7. And the feature that it remembers the last setting is not helpful for me neither. Again, I like to start from the lowest setting and add more as I pump. But it saves the latest settings each time so I have go back to 1 at the and of the session for it to start from it at the beginning of the next pumping session. Today I used it in the car for the first time with the car adapter. After I turnen off the car engine not using the power off of the pump it has rebooted and started next time again with the highest suction level which caused pain again. From now I have to check what settings It has before I connect everything. It is so inconvenient. To sum up, I love the pump but the software has to be updated to be more suites for women who likes to start from lowest suction level. I hope they fix it in the new version and less women will have my problem.

The Motif Luna pump does a good job pumping. It is comfortable and quiet. However, the product quality is poor. My first pump stopped working after about 4 months of continued use at work/home. It made a funny clicking noise when I turned it on and wouldn't pump. I contacted the company and they sent me a new pump. Again, it worked great for 4 to 5 months and then stopped working appropriately. It wouldn't turn on at all. I had saved the power cable from the previous pump, and so I tried swapping the power cables. That fixed the problem, but only for about a week. Now the second pump not functioning at all. I am currently in the process of contacting the company. So in total, I have had problems with 2 malfunctioning pumps in less than a year.

I'm completely satisfied with my motif twist it changed my pumping experience dramatically I prefer it to ameda & evenflo it's time efficient and through!

I like this pump it’s so easy to carry everywhere and it’s small and very easy too use.

This breast pump is so easy to use. Easy to clean, store, and works great. So thankful I received this for free through my insurance!

I love that don’t have to be in 1 spot next to an outlet to pump. It is not bulky. I drive an 1 to and from work, when fully charged, i pump when going & leaving work

This pump is Amazing. Had my doubts at first but have NOT been disappointed. I had to use a pump from the hospital for the first week (had my son 6 weeks early) The hospital contacted the company for me and they shipped it out early for me!! Amazing customer service!! The suction is just as good if not better than the hospital pump.

I 100% prefer this to my Medela pump in style! I thought being battery powered it wouldn't be as effective but it's great! If anything it may take a little bit longer but it's mobile so you hardly notice!

This pump works great and it is also very quiet so it will not wake the baby if/when you pump in the the middle of the night. Over all it is a really good pump.

Yall, I'm a first time mama, and my baby is exclusively breastmilk fed. I've recently returned to work, and let me just say my Motif Dou is my favorite co-worker! I gave the Medela, and Spectra 2 a shot and of the 3, the Motif is my favorite, it's not too big and bulky which makes the trip to and from work easy! There arent as many parts to the motif as the medela or spectra has, and it still gets the job done, and in my opinion does an even better job!

This pump was so easy to put together and use, plus the bag it comes with is so cute and convenient.

I love this pump! Super quite so I don’t wake my baby up in the middle of the night when pumping and I make more milk in less time then with my previous pump!

Great product. This CPAP cleaner is a very compact which makes it easy to transport and store. It's also very easy to use. I would recommend this product to anyone who uses a CPAP machine.
