I received the Motif Duo and it turned out to not work for me. When I contacted the company, I had the pleasure of working their kind customer service partners to resolve the issue. They even allowed me to choose a machine that would work better for me. I love my Motif Luna and had the best experience with their team.

I have yet to have my baby I’m due in about a month but so far motif hasn’t been much help I already have severe anxiety around pumping and that I won’t be able to produce enough but it doesn’t help when I order the motif aura and can tell it’ll be hard to use and doesn’t create enough suction but ok fine I have a Luna as well I tried as best as I could to order the flange sizes I needed but they were of course still to big even though it’s the smallest they carry on there site and I was given a link to buy it from Amazon which if you ask me shouldn’t be a thing why can’t you carry the sizes women need and like having a baby isn’t expensive enough especially now days I can’t return the flanges because I’ve tried them on I don’t think I’ll be giving anymore of my money to motif which doesn’t seem to matter because I’ve bought almost any product they have I.e postpartum suit, compression socks, belly band support, milk storage bags, C section bandages but they won’t accept my return of flanges because they’ve been opened last time I’ll be buying from the company nor will I suggest them as they’ve been very unhelpful very very upset as a first time mom trying her best

I ordered the breast pump, it was working but didn’t last long

I received an email saying I was eligible for a free breast pump and I wasn’t sure if it was legit but it was !! I received a breast pump , they told me to apply for a belly band and I received that as well even compression socks.. Then today out of the blue I received milk storage bags and I’m sir grateful! This was such an easy and cool process .

Before having my 3rd child a mommy DME company gave me a list of breast pumps covered by my military insurance Tricare. I did research on them and felt that the Motif Luna was the best option for size, quietness and adjustable settings to allow for maximum breast milk expression. I had used 3 other pumps with my other 2 kids including the Medela Pump in Style and this pump blows that pump out of the water. The phalanges that came with the pump lasted about 10 months with 3 days/week use. Customer service was also easy to reach for questions and promptly helped me troubleshoot my questions. I am also amazed at how long this pump's battery keeps its charge once you charge it. I never have to pump plugged into a wall outlet and can even pump while driving (if I am pressed on time). Overall this breast pump is very customizable as to the speed and cycles you can set it at to express milk. It is also a closed system, so I can pass along my pump when I am done with this stage in my life. As working mom who travels by air for work, I highly recommend this pump!

I absolutely LOVE this pump. With my first child I used 3 different pumps and was never able to produce much milk. My son would not latch and I pumped exclusively. I spent so much money purchasing all kinds of different flanges and collection products trying to increase milk production. I also bought all types of herbal teas and cookies and no luck. I decide to try the Motif Luna this time. I am so glad I did as it is WONDERFUL!! I used the Motif right after birth to get colostrum and have used it since. I do not have pain with the Luna like I did with all the other pumps. I have large breasts and the Luna flanges work great. If you purchase a Luna pump, I would suggest the battery one. It makes it so easy to pump in the car when traveling or anywhere that does not have an electrical outlet. The Luna is also very quiet. I can pump in the bed next to my son and he does not wake. With other pumps, I had to go into a different room because they were so loud. I also love the light on the pump. It is bright enough so I can see to pump but no so bright that it disturbs my son. I also purchased the adapter that allows you to pump directly into bags to freeze or store. Love the adapter. I prefer different bags though as I heat the milk in a cup and the Motif bags are wider than a normal sized cup.

I gave birth a month ago and had an extremely rough second week with mastitis and engorged breast the whole first month. It is settling now (there is hope ladies) but the pump was and is my friend when my breasts need to be emptied. The Luna does it in a heartbeat without harming those already sore breasts. My nipples and breasts are treated gently by the pump and you can store some milk for when you need it. Works really well too now that I have to go to the PT for pelvic floor training (pelvic floor disorders are real!) and my husband gets some bonding time! So thanks Luna & thanks motif for making my life a little less hectic and sore! ♥️

I never leave reviews, but this pump is so amazing I had to—anything to help a fellow mama! I’ve had my pump for 5 months now and I LOVE it. The absolute best part of this pump is how few pieces there are! The hospital let me use a medela and there were so many tiny pieces, I thought what a nightmare!! Not only are there few pieces but also none of the pieces are too small. I haven’t lost a single piece and it makes it sooo easy to clean! It’s small/compact with a super sleek and cute design and (even though I don’t use it) the led function is nice to have. The way they designed the light into the body doubles wonderfully as a handle for the pump. There are many suction levels so it was gentle enough for my sore nipples at the beginning of breastfeeding and now strong enough to pull plenty of milk while still feeling gentle. It’s also quiet enough that I can pump right next to my baby without him waking up. Also, the power cord isn’t too short so I can walk around a little bit with the pump if I need to. If you’re considering this pump, please get it!! I have NOTHING negative to say about it, and the only thing I can think of that might make it better is if it were wireless. It’s cute, its quiet, it’s gentle, it’s easy. Do yourself a favor and get this pump!

I guess I didn’t do more research, I need a smaller size flange and I am settling for the 21mm. Might buy another pump though. The design is cute, love having the freedom of carrying my pump around. The LED light is handy. But I need a smaller flange!

The Luna pump has been amazing for exclusively pumping for my little one. I’ve been using it 2 months now and no other pump compares. The suction has a vibration to it that no other pump I’ve tried has that helps to stimulate without having to turn the suction up super high. The timer on it is THE BEST. I would have no clue how long I pumped without it. So simple but makes a huge difference when pumping around the clock. It’s also decently quiet, it sort of sounds like a cat purring (that’s what people on the phone thought it was!) I like to pump in massage mode only and this pump allows me to do that easily. The night light is just another little bonus that makes this pump so great. The size and weight of it isn’t too bad and the shape allows it to squeeze into the diaper bag easily. I would very much recommend this to any mama! The only complaint I have is I wish I had bought the chargeable version so I wouldn’t be tethered to an outlet when I travel.

I just got my pump a about a week ago! So for i love it!! One of the diaphragms was broke when I received it and I emailed them for a replacement for that and also asked about the smaller 21mm fittings the sent them out so quick!! Thanks for the great customer service i def recommend this pump not only for the pump itself but also for their customer service!

The motif luna pump itself is great, has good suction and I like the different settings. What I do no like is the flanges and bottles which become VERY loose after about 2 weeks. I'm on my second set and again the bottles won't fit snug on the flanges...so I have to be very careful or I spill my milk which has happened a few times. Warranty is pretty good about sending replacements but I don't think they will keep doing it every 2 weeks.

I’ve been trying to get a pump with my insurance and never got verified anyone who can help ?

I'm so inlove with my motif luna. I don't have to worry that baby will awaken by pump8ng because its quiet. The suction is strong but GENTLE which is the best. I would definitely recommend Motif ❤️

I got my duo through Aeroflow I was really skeptical and stuck between the motif duo and the medala in style advanced (Pisa). A little back history...I had two girls just under a year apart with my first she had both a tongue and lip tie which made it pretty impossible to get her to latch she actaully almost got 2lb under birth weight at 1 week at the time I had gotten a Evenflo advanced double electric brand new as a gift from a family friend and I just wasn’t getting the output I needed and I couldn’t get my 1st girl to attach to feed on her own so our breastfeeding journey only lasted 3 months and we had a lot of suplimenting with formula throughout it. So when I found out I could get one through insurance I was all ears. I was very weary that my youngest would have the same problem and really geared towards the Pisa as the tried and true for exclusively pumping but with living on a farm over 100 acres and animals to tend to I needed something portable eventually I felt that I needed to get the duo and it turned out to be absolutely amazing🥰🥰 a few days after starting pumping and my LO arriving I was gifted two Pisa’s from a friend and I still believe duo was the right choice I’ve tried all three with my current baby to give them a fair chance some my LO can latch amazingly and mostly only eats from the breast and I still love my duo. It has a better suction with plenty of comfort. I still don’t feel as if I’m emptied out by any of them with this baby as with my first I emptied out every time but barely produced and it’s still not as portable as I would like To be able to check on animals whilst pumping but it is definitely easy to keep up with my 1 year old while pumping But it’s still the best I have tried so far hands down I do intend to try a more portable concealable pump eventually If I can and I will update my post if I do...I did however have to get my duo replaced because the suction started going out but if was easy and quick and customer service was ...

I do not recommend this Breastpump what so ever! Worst experience ever!

Love Motif Duo. We were recently hit by storm that has left us without power for 4 days and counting. It literally takes a couple hours to recharge the batteries and it lasts me days. This pump has been a life saver through the chaotic time. I can plug the pump into my husbands truck and charge it while I'm pumping. Thank you for making a pump I can use during a natural disaster!

Looking for 19mm flange and they have not responded to help me. There are not a lot of pump supply options for this pump, inconvenient.

Motif customer service is excellent! Whether you call and leave a message or email them, they get back to you so quick and everyone that I encountered was kind and very helpful. The lady I spoke to through email was Iris V. Most companies send you some automated message days(sometimes weeks) later and don't even answer your question. Motif gets back to you same day and they're very helpful!

I love my Motif Luna. I got it through insurance, thankfully I received it earlier than expected. I gave birth at 33 weeks. As of writing my baby is 10 days old, I’ve been using my motif as much as I can to produce milk and provide for my baby in the NICU. I’ve tried using the Medela they have at the hospital whenever I’m there during the day, but compared to Motif, its much easier and comfortable to use and my nipples does not get that sore. I’d love to have the portable battery operated one also but I need to save up for the days ahead I’ll be needing and expecting for my babies expenses. :( Over all, the Motif Luna is saving me and my baby to journey through breastmilk feeding and growing as to make sure he’ll be bigger and stronger soon so I can take him home with me and see him all day, everyday.
