Don’t order by their sizing chart brrr bra is 3 inches smaller and they told me I can pay $15 to ship it back… like the shirts I got but based on how they handle issues (made me jump through hoops to send them all kinds of pictures for no reason after 3 days going back and forth) I would never use them again. Bad brand!

Nufabrx has always been excellent.

Exchanges. Fail.
The issue isn’t with the clothing. It’s with their exchange policy. Their exchange policy is non existent, so heaven forbid you buy something in the wrong size & then you have to pay $15 to return the item as a shipping fee. There is no incentive here to shop here. Big companies like these work with mail carriers and receive shipping discounts so I find it absurd that they can’t discount or eliminate a shipping fee when all I want is to exchange an item, not return it, exchange it.

If I could leave one star I would. I bought one single item and paid shipping. I needed something to provide me with support because I’m starting to have pelvic pain as my baby is growing larger in my last months of pregnancy. I received the item and it was a size too small. Now I don’t know what size I am anymore because my body is changing with pregnancy. I called to try and exchange the item and was told at first that I would have to PAY more money to return the ill fitting product. No thank you, I would essentially be paying the company money for nothing after it’s all said and done. Then I’m told that the item isn’t even returnable even though it’s brand new and unused. My only option would be to give the company more money for a correct fitting item with an offer for free shipping. Again, no thank you! I don’t want to keep something that doesn’t work and then spend more money. This company’s customer service is awful, they don’t care about the experience of their customer. They prey on vulnerable pregnant women and it’s frankly disgusting.

I ordered some items for my daughter for mother's day. Items were delivered but I didn't receive them. Found out I accidentally put 4988 instead of 4989 as my house number. I called FedEx and motherhood. No house exist on my street mind you there is 10 houses on my street with all ending with an odd number that has a doormat as seen as a confirmation picture. Fedex said they can't help me because company uses Smartpost as the company delivery service and motherhood said they can't help me cuz I made the mistake and it said delivered. So I asked if corrected my address and reordered items and FedEx/smartpost said they they delivered it and it was incorrect house they said they still couldn't refund or make it right with the customer. Never order from this company

Would NOT buy from here. Ordered many things, returned them all and was only refunded for a few of the items. About 75+ dollars worth of merchandise I returned was not refunded. Spent months talking to customer service and showing proof of shipping and package weight, and they were incompetent and rude. Would absolutely never shop here and I tell every expecting mom I know to avoid at all costs.

Terrible experience so disappointed
I ordered for the first time for my daughter who is expecting her first baby. Ordered some items on sale and was excitedly waiting for them. When I ordered it was noted to expect 3-7 business days for shipping. It took nearly 3 weeks to ship, so that was frustrating, but it happens. The worst part was when it finally did arrive, the order was completely wrong. I ordered 5 pair of leggings and 12 pair of panties. I received 1 pair of leggings and 6 pair of panties. I contacted customer service and the items are of course no longer available and replacement items can’t be issued because I would have to pay the price difference since these are sale items. I will receive a refund, but so frustrating that after waiting much longer than promised I didn’t even receive the items I ordered. Very little was offered to make this right and I am extremely disappointed with the whole situation. I won’t be ordering again.

The worst retail company ever encountered
I really wish I had read reviews for this company beyond their own site before ordering. As a first time mum-to-be I was so excited about buying my maternity clothes. I spent $340 with this company and paid additional for their premium delivery service to ensure my clothes arrived before my trip home to the United Kingdom to see my family before the arrival of my baby. 5 days later and the clothes haven't even been despatched. The customer service team is terrible and they have said that they are not willing to cancel the order (even though it hasn't been shipped) or provide me with a refund. I am now $340 out of pocket and have no clothes at all that fit me for my trip home. They have taken no responsibility for the situation and show no remorse whatsoever. By far the worst retail company I have ever encountered.
