I'm not a scientist, so I'm unable to speak to the technical merits of this knee compression sleeve. But, what I can say is that, for some reason, this product makes my knee feel better. I'm unsure as to the why of it; I just know it appears to work. I've had problems with my knee for a year or so now and, after multiple visits to multiple physicians, x-rays, MRIs, etc. I finally was told I had a couple of small meniscus tears and received a cortisone shot which took away a great deal of the pain and allowed me to get a full nights sleep. But, unfortunately, this only took my knee to about 80% and walking and climbing stairs was difficult. A friend suggested I try this sleeve and I did. Lo and behold, from the first wearing, I was able to walk longer, climb stairs higher, and was generally pain free while I was wearing it. I'm not sure why it works, but it certainly does make me feel much better. So, do I like it? Absolutely! So much, in fact that I recently ordered another as well as a longer leg sleeve just to try it. As with many others, I don't get a heat sensation; but, who cares as long as it works? And work it does! I cannot recommend this product highly enough!

I joined the perks program and placed an order for >$79 to get free shipping. My order arrived, but I didn’t receive the sample box. When I reached out, all I got was an apology from someone called Elena, and when I responded that I still needed my sample box, I never received another response

I loved being able to shop in person but now over the years the selection of maternity clothing has gotten smaller. I'm paying 30 dollar shipping for Hawaii/ Alaska and have to wait over a month to get my stuff. Online shopping has been awful. There isn't much options on the islands to even get anything so I have to resort to online shopping. Just highly disappointed that this store is getting worse.

After years of buying from this company they showed their true colors when I ordered myself the 12th identical bra and bra size I've always gotten and it came 2" smaller and they wouldn't refund me or make it right in any way. I won't be buying another thing from this company. I'll miss my old bra because it's the only one I ever used.

I originally purchased a dress that never arrived. After emailing weeks later they then told me it was out of stock. They refunded me in full and gave me a 15% discount to suffice. I was pleased. I then purchased several other pieces. One of which never shipped. After waiting weeks, I contacted customer service and they informed me it was out of stock. Would they ever have told me about either of these stocking issues had I not have been proactive? So they gave me a discount code. However the code doesn’t work because it can only be used once. This is my second item out of stock, so trying to use it a second time. Also why should I have to pay for shipping AGAIN on a purchase that should have been in stock and shipped with my original purchase? Overall they need better inventory management and proactive communication. I’m addition, I am not impressed with the items I received. They are “meh”. The only reason why I keep pursuing a purchase is because I have a gift card I would like not to go to waste.
