I paid extra for express shipping with the understanding that delivery would occur within the advertised 2–3 business days. If the website states a timeframe, I believe it's reasonable to expect delivery by the end of the maximum stated period—not beyond it. Unfortunately, my parcel arrived after 6 days, just a few hours before my departure. This caused significant inconvenience, and I’m very disappointed with the delay, especially given the additional cost I paid for expedited service. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and advise on any compensation or explanation for the delay.

Didn’t get them. Got something saying they had attempted to deliver and then no other attempt. No other follow up. Hoping to get my money back I guess.
