This time it was VERY good. The past few orders have taken a really long time to get. This was much quicker for some reason. Previously tried my usual size when it comes to Mosmann trunks, but iI found the LUNAR TRUNKS more snug. May want to size up if getting that style.

I have been a loyal customer of Mosmann Australia for a long time and absolutely love their products. However, my recent experience has been really disappointing. I ordered board shorts and a pair of underwear, but only the board shorts arrived. I emailed Mosmann about the missing item and followed up again when I didn’t hear back, but it has now been over two weeks with no response. The only contact option for order enquiries is email, which makes it even more frustrating when no one replies. I truly wish their customer service was as good as their products.

Speedy delivery, even overseas

Comfort- colour and print range- design are words that come to mind when warring my briefs

Mosmann provides a great variety of underwear. The sizes are true to form. Third time I purchased, and I live in San Diego. Shipping is transparent and efficient.

Great price. Great fitting swim shorts. Great delivery from Australia. My go to for swim shorts and happily recommend

I really like the underwear. But one pair had a nasty snag. I have emailed and not had any reply. I have bought another pack today as my husband likes them.

Look great, feel amazing, do your self a favour and treat yourself, like a light silky cupping all day - returning customer

Great bathing suit design. Efficient process to ship to the USA.

really good quality products

All good. . . Received the 2 packages in good time. . . . Stuff is perfect. . . So happy out. . . 😊

Husband very happy.

Paid for express shipping and it still didn’t arrive on time

The clothing fit well, the shipping time was great and overall would purchase again.

Everything is stuck in usa customs

Smashing swimmers, I got the El Nidos, and today I’m at Agkla Resort and Beach Club at the real El Nido, Palawan. A perfect match. Great fit, great design.

Mosmann has great products! Reasonable prices even compared to the US. I highly recommend their products.

The undies are super comfortable and fit very well. I will definitely buy more in the future

Good choice, very comfy and extremely quick delivery

I paid extra for express shipping with the understanding that delivery would occur within the advertised 2–3 business days. If the website states a timeframe, I believe it's reasonable to expect delivery by the end of the maximum stated period—not beyond it. Unfortunately, my parcel arrived after 6 days, just a few hours before my departure. This caused significant inconvenience, and I’m very disappointed with the delay, especially given the additional cost I paid for expedited service. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and advise on any compensation or explanation for the delay.
