Love the products but we need more briefs

The delivery process was great and I was notified and able to track my package. And it was a long journey from Australia to Chicago. These are the most comfortable underwear I have ever worn. Love them so much I already ordered some more!

On August 1st I sent an email asking about returning a package of underwear briefs of the wrong size, I still haven't received a response. I'm a fan of boxers/trunks and I ordered through you, but the models of the underwear are not the same as the boxers/trunks and my question was whether it is possible to make a replacement or what are my next steps. Apart from that, I like your brand and I consider it to be of good quality and recommendable to friends.

This time it was VERY good. The past few orders have taken a really long time to get. This was much quicker for some reason. Previously tried my usual size when it comes to Mosmann trunks, but iI found the LUNAR TRUNKS more snug. May want to size up if getting that style.

I have been a loyal customer of Mosmann Australia for a long time and absolutely love their products. However, my recent experience has been really disappointing. I ordered board shorts and a pair of underwear, but only the board shorts arrived. I emailed Mosmann about the missing item and followed up again when I didn’t hear back, but it has now been over two weeks with no response. The only contact option for order enquiries is email, which makes it even more frustrating when no one replies. I truly wish their customer service was as good as their products.
