This chair was worth every penny. I bought this chair with my second in mind as I struggled with back pain from the rocking chair I had with my daughter. The Grano is so comfortable, the glide is so smooth and the 360 swivel is great in the playroom to keep an eye on my toddler. The pillow is also so perfect for support with feeding. I purchased the velvet fabric and its soft and clearly great quality. I live in rural Nova Scotia and finding a rocking chair that looked aesthically pleasing and finding a company that would deliver to me was very challenging so the fact Monte ships pretty much anywhere is amazing. It did take awhile for production (but within the range they quote) but delivery was super fast once it left their facility. I highly recommend Monte & the Grano and have nothing but positive things to say!

I splurged on this chair 13 years ago before my son was born. I nursed my son and then 2 years later, my daughter in this chair. Now the chair is in my living room and still getting used. In fact, my kids like to sit in it and will rush first to this chair instead of the sofa. The fabric has held up amazingly and the construction is so solid that the chair has kept its shape and still glides like a dream without a squeak. If you are trying to make your decision on a chair that you can bond with your child and are wondering if the investment is worth it, I would say yes, it is.

The Monte rocker is the perfect size for my son’s nursery!! It is first class in quality and is just as advertised. It’s sleek and modern design make it a great investment since it will look great in any room after bébé out grows the nursery. We love it!!

Just Amazing

This chair is wonderful - it's super comfortable, but super sturdy. Reclining mechanism is smooth and easy. It's also easy to get out of while holding a baby which is a bonus. Haven't had to test its stain resistance yet but the fabric feels like it is durable at least! My only issue was with delivery. The chair was dumped on our front porch with a "good luck" from the solo delivery guy, which left me, alone, at 8 months pregnant, to figure out how to get this sturdy, solidly built, heavy chair inside my house and up the stairs. For the amount we spend on these chairs, maybe have your delivery guys be paid enough to bring it into the house and offer a little bit of help with that aspect? It's not like it needs to be assembled!

Ottoman looks great and glides well! Very pleased with purchase

I am SO PLEASED with our Vera Glider + Ottoman purchase. The chair is extremely well made and very comfortable. I love that it's tall enough to provide a head rest on my tall frame - I can already see many naps happening in this chair!

I love my grano glider so much I wish I ordered it before my baby was born! I decided to splurge when he was around 5 months old and don’t regret it for a second. It fits great in my babies small room but the chair is quite roomy. I went with the dune light fabric and couldn’t be happier with my colour choice. It goes with any decor and style. It rocks very smoothly and I love the swivel too. I also purchased the matching ottoman for days when I want to put my feet up but don’t want to be fully reclined back. It will be a staple piece in our home for many years to come. I will eventually want another one for my second babies room! Way to go guys. Great chair!

Unfortunately, I couldn't give you the 5 stars as the delivery was not white glove as we set it up. The box was left on the street while my client tried to see how to get it in her house on the upper floor's baby room. A bad experience for a woman that had recently given birth and had paid for the white glove service. The product was in perfect shape and the client was happy to have it. We also got the refund for the delivery.

The size fits perfectly on the monte bassinet mattress! I tried others and they just did not fit right. The quality is soft as butter and washes beautifully. I’m very picky when it comes to fabrics and this one is incredible. Definitely worth it! Looking forward to purchasing more products in the future!

This bed ticks ALL the boxes for us: it has the highest weight rating of any trundles we've found (the whole family can snuggle up for bedtime stories), the trundle rolls effortlessly for sleepovers (or when our daughter needs one of us near after a bad dream) the enviroleather is easy to wipe down after any accidental spills, the headboard is the perfect thickness for a water bottle & some stuffed animals, the option of a low footboard means it doesn't interact with windows, it was easy to put together... The list goes on! We are so pleased with this bed and recommend it to all, young or just young-at-heart.
