I have been a life-long fan of Monrovia and their plants. The receipt of this Nelly Moser Clematis has been a deep disappointment for myself. It was intended as an anniversary gift for my spouse. I was guarded about ordering this plant online but had faith in Monrovia’s professionalism. The plant was revived in a fully wilted state replete with darkened areas on the foliage. My lesson is three-fold: 1. It is probably too late in the season to order and 2. Online ordering requires an acceptance of higher risk than I expected. 3. If I purchase a Monrovia product I will. apply a greater degree of scrutiny than previously applied.
