Ordered 24 hats and 12 headcovers for a golf weekend. Both came out well and everyone loved the finished product. When delivery became tight, Monomoy stepped up and made sure everything arrived on time. Highly recommended!

Final product came out good. The company was pretty hard to communicate with. After I got the proof, I requested a change and never got confirmation of the request or that they saw the change. I sent follow up emails and got no response. I called and the gentleman that answered told me the production team doesn’t see the emails or something along those lines and he would reach out to have them email me back. It took approx a week to hear back and then no updates on production at all until it shipped. So I felt a little in the dark. Honestly my impression is that it’s a new company that got a little busier than they anticipated perhaps and they are still trying to work out the logistics of balancing customer service and production. End product was good, price was acceptable, and all said and done I’m satisfied.
