The print came out great but unfortunately my hat got super faded with only a small handful uses wish my hat was still black

The upload/design process was incredibly easy, and once submitted - unlike other companies - you get a personalized confirmation of exactly how it will look and the chance to make any changes before the product goes into production. How amazing is that!? The hat came out exactly as hoped and was a highlight of the event!

The hats, patches, packaging, and overall communication were great! My two complaints were that the colors were different than I expected based on the photos. Also I was told to add a "free gift" which I did, but then ended up paying $20 for coasters :(
