product was great, hats came out amazing again. I was disappointed with how long it took this time. My last order was a reorder, I remember specifically clicking the reorder but when it arrived, the packing slip said it was a new order and that it was not a reorder. Maybe this is why it took longer; I figured since everything was the same, I wouldn't have to go through the back-and-forth emails making sure it was correct. I had to go through the whole process of waiting for it to be approved then get sent an email making sure I was happy with it, then wait for it to go through the company's process. I will definitely be more careful next time and hopefully it will be a little faster. I will say despite emailing the company to check on the status, they would reply back in a very timely manor. Good job as not everyone does that.

We were looking for leather patch Richardson hats that were sewn on. The sewing makes the patch look better and actually keeps it on the hat better. After searching seemingly everywhere both online and locally, everyone only heat pressed the patches on, and did not sew them on. We ordered a couple hats from Monomoy to see the quality and patch colors, and were blown away. We followed up with a 100+ hat order, and again were extremely impressed by the quality and organization of the order. There were many different colors and combinations and they nailed it. We rarely leave reviews, but Monomoy deserves every positive word!

The logo stitching and quality was perfect and the hat is made out of a very soft warm and breathable material. Extremely happy and highly recommend, Monomoy is a real treat to work with!
