I had a question about a Monin syrup I purchased earlier. The expiration date had passed, but it seemed OK. Nevertheless, I called to see if it was OK to use. The very kind representative said that they couldn’t recommend I use it if it was expired. She graciously offered to send me a replacement. To say I was impressed. would be an understatement! Thank you for your generous, gracious response.

I first started buying MONIN flavors years ago. But had to stop for awhile due to money issues. Well I wanted to start again but forgot the brand name. I found another company and thought this must be it. But the flavors and my tea just weren’t the same so stopped buying last year. Well I started searching and found MONIN and I said this was the one I first purchased. I was so happy. I bought 4 bottles Watermelon, Blackberry, Strawberry and Mango. Placed my order and less than a week later they arrived. I love them all I’m a tea drinker and these take take it to the next level. I now have the app and I won’t forget the name again !!
