Great for making margaritas. Just add tequila and ice add salt on the rim glsss and garnish with a lime.

The shipping is so fast and I’ve only needed to contact service once in the past 3 years and that issue was immediately resolved

I reached out after accidentally ordering the wrong pumps for my flavor bottles asking how I could swap them out and within minutes she told me no to worry and that she would be putting news ones in the mail for me at no charge. This company has great customer service! I received a new flavor I hadn’t tried yet, organic hazelnut and I don’t like it at all. I reached out via email to Monin and asked if I got a bad batch and if not maybe I could replace it with caramel and there were no questions asked they immediately put a replacement of organic Caramel for me ! Monin syrups are incredible. They are thicker than other syrups and have more flavor. I ordered a dozen and they came so well packaged.

The flavor is a bit artificial but still goes good in most beverages. I’d like to see this become available in more stores because the shipping adds up over time.

I ordered 2 pumps for the purée bottle and they don’t screw down on to the bottle. The pump just sits in the bottle unsecured. A lot of money with shipping for something that barely works.
