The product was shipped quickly and packaged very well to avoid breaking or spilling during shipment. The Agave Nectar is high quality and I prefer the taste of Monin’s over any other’s I’ve tried.

Super fast response to orders and ships very quickly and well packaged. Follow up emails after each stage and when delivered.

The new sugar free syrup is the best i’ve ever had!!!! Makes my morning coffee a fantastic start to the day!!!

My customers love this flavor and it mixes well! Downside is shipping is more than the bottle

Every time I place an order for refills on syrups, I always add a new flavor to the mix, and it never disappoints!

Adds a nice spicy twist to a margarita!

Ordered, shipped, and received in as timely a manner as possible. Thank you!

I use it in everything

After trying other brands this strawberry syrup is the best! Such a good strawberry flavor. We love to add it to our lotus teas.

I've tried many flavors so far Monin has the best most non artificial tasting ones theyre so good i used them in my coffee and a little goes a long way i have the pistachio (re-buy) almond and a brown butter toffee best flavors

Shipping was great, everything packed well and delivered quickly.

Wonderful product from a wonderful company

We ordered the Truflavor syrups and the flavors are awesome!

Shipping, Customer Service and Superior Taste is the Best

Awesome products love them all

Packed beautifully and sent in a timely manner.

This was better than I expected. Crisp flavor that turns my drinks into a flavorful experience.

Absolutely loved the Spicy Mango Monin syrup! 🌶️🥭 The flavor is incredible—such a delicious balance of sweet, juicy mango and the perfect kick of spice. It’s seriously so good and adds an amazing flavor to drinks. Definitely a new favorite! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Usually love buying monies dark chlorate sauce. The batch I got this time was a lot more watery/less viscous than the ones I usually get…. kinda disappointed in that regards becasue I love monin’s dark chlorate sauce for how viscous it is. And even worse, I ordered the large bulk of 64 oz 4 count so now I don’t know what to do with them….

I recently had an order delivered where two of my bottles arrived damaged. I messaged Monin and they promptly replaced them at no cost to me. EXCELLENT customer service!
