One of the best scents out there love it . However the customer service is not good. I reached out because my bottle had a defect and absolute crickets. I think for the price you pay for this brand they should have better customer service .

The scent is better than I expected. It wasn’t a blind buy fortunately. Unrelated to the scent, I’m a first time client and it would have been nice to receive a sample or two considering the price point. Not a reason to lower the review rating but typically shops want you to be a repeat client and I like to test new scents. I think it was a miss opportunity. Shipping was as expected, package was packed with care and attention to the unboxing experience.

The bowl is great but this was a deeply disappointing customer service experience.

I ordered as I read about on one of my favorite blogs. I ordered smallest sample size that turned out to be the teeny tiny size you get free at all make up counters or beauty stores. They charged over $13 to ship do with tax paid $26-29 for a hall full teeny sample. It is nice but a bit too sweet/ cloying for me. I need to try longevity but think I put in makeup bag for getaway and it is awol. Normally for such a pricy sample and shipping they include another sample but nada.
