Shipping was pretty quick for me. The pipe tobacco I got was excellent and great, especially the Turkish blend I got. This is probably is going to be my go-to website, when it comes to pipe tobacco.

Suggestion would be discounts for customers sometimes. Or free shipping sometimes.

Ordered product, account charged, received email stating product not available until later date did I want to order another item or cancel, I sent email saying to cancel and you shouldn’t have taken my money before the product was available! Couple days later the order arrives at my home ???

Wonderful service and great price. Only problem was you need to work your tracking your order program because for 4 to 5 days I kept checking the progress of my order and even after I received my order the program stated my order has not been shipped yet which was not correct.

Prior to the Padron dilemma I have faced over the last several months I would rate Mom's a 5. Now many times on your site you state you have the Padron's in stock but when I order I get an email that you no longer have them in stock? Confusing?
