This was my first time ordering so I was hesitant. I had a big order and I paid for priority shipping. It came early! The blunts were in great condition no damage and fresh. I will definitely order again.

They honestly do have the best prices for what I buy. I buy Beretta cigarette tubes and OHM bold tobacco, this is the best combo for a roll your own that compares to marlboro black. With that being said the shipping sucks. I've ordered multiple times and every time I will get my package before I get a notification saying it has shipped. I track all my packages so I know. If it wasn't for the prices I'd probably go somewhere else.

On 4/3/2024 I ordered a product from Moms . My total was 59.46. After a few days I received an email saying my order had been cancelled. After a few days I received a email saying my money had been refunded. Then a couple of days later I saw the charge had been put on my bank account. I called customer service and was told she would check with the warehouse. I called back but received no satisfactory response. They claim every customer is important to them. They claim every customer is important to them. The only thing that you’re important is let them rob you. I am 79 years old and I don’t feel like fighting them, so screw them

I've been waiting 4 days for them to get it in the mail and hat's too long I won’t be using moms ever again getting your monies worth in shipping cost if all I get is waiting

this company refuses to ship my order and I bet it's either out of stock or they don't carry my choice what I ordered and that's fraud and that's a matter for postal inspector

1st time using Mom’s… Ordered 3 Perdomo Samplers….great price…. Was really looking forward to exploring these..Got an email the next day saying some items were out of stock. Been down this road before..thought I was going to have more issues…Got an email on Monday saying they would be able to fill the order… Hit my home on Friday. Took several emails with multiple substitutions before i finally got order shipped due to lack of inventory when website showed inventory. Skip the online ordering and call them to eliminate headaches! Other than that, they were great.

I had read some reviews that made me iffy but gave them a shot. They told me that some of what I ordered was not in stock and I could pick something else. I asked for my money back and the next day someone said sorry for the confusion your order has been shipped. Will be using them again in the future

I ordered from them recently after being a bit skeptical with some reviews, and I can finally say for myself, this site is truly awesome, my stuff came undamaged and everything was perfect, processing the order took awhile so I asked customer support they apologized and told me the reason, so great customer support as after that my order was shipped and got to me quickly. I'm looking forward to becoming a regular customer as this store is truly one of my favorites now. Keep up what you're doing guys.

I originally placed an order shortly before Christmas after several days of not getting any type of notification I called customer service and was informed that some of my items weren't in stock. I opted to no longer get those items even though now I should of just canceled the whole order because now it isnt really worth the 8.99 shipping fee. However, I didn't so now when the product gets it everything looks fine. However, an entire box of Juicy double wraps is stale. Before even opening the package they are stale and therefore unusable because they keep cracking and breaking. Im very disappointed, but lesson learned.

Tried 2 times to order from this company. No luck either time. Their online ordering is iffy at best. Both times they were out of what I ordered. First time I received no notice. At least this time I received a phone call. They also apparently do not send order confirmations.

Great prices, good folks. All good except 2 things: 1) On line order check does not work still. You must call in for a shipping check. 2) Be nice to have a membership login so one does not have to enter all their information every time one orders. Still, price is far superior and the # 1 criterion; hence: 5 stars. Bob
