Something happened with a very small part of my order and I let them know via email. They responded promptly and graciously told me that they would replace the incorrect part of the order.

You ladies are the BEST! Taylor helped me to find a bundle in your warehouse, that was not posted on the web. She also figured out a way to swap bundles without a lot of confusion. And I am sure I created a a lot of confusion. Her and Nadia are the 2 ladies that helped me in my chaos! LOL
