I received my order fine. But the site made me think (I was in everything Crochet) I had ordered the right things but I hadn't. And I've now reached out to the company twice and have heard nothing back. I want to return the wrong items and purchase the correct items.

The ordering, delivery, and completion of this project were great! Wonderful customer service/communication. Booklet was a little difficult for a beginner to follow, and photos could have used a closer-up perspective, but I completed it in about 3 hours, which is awesome!

Love the rope as-is, but it’s pretty magical when you untwist it, plus you get double the amount of string. Would highly recommend to everyone I know!
