Fast shipping, and great communication. They even asked for something that I didn’t think about.

We wanted something unique for a living room wall. We ordered a couple samples and decided to go with the urban grey concrete with circles. We were able to measure and custom cut the panels ourselves (with small circular saw). We attached the panels without difficulty to the sheetrock wall beneath. Besides the tongue/groove edge connections along the edge of each panel, putting in a couple screws in the 'holes' helped keep the panels tight against the sheetrock. Wall Theory's paint kit which includes their stone colored caulk and their paints in hues of concrete, hide any screw holes in the finished panel wall. This polyurathane material is sturdy and well made; the color and texture are identical to real concrete. We have asked several guests what they think our wall is made of and without fail they answer, 'Isn't it concrete?' as if we were dumb for asking. We also were very happy with the customer service when we had to call with questions. Wall Theory definitely took a serious interest in our project and helped us with a couple tricky spots in our wall. Overall we could not be happier with the product and the finished result!!
