I chose to replace the
I chose to replace the very old but not broken black plastic parts of my Moccamaster coffee maker. The original parts were well over 15 years old and I believe replacing plastic that is exposed to high heat is a good idea. All the new parts fit perfectly and I feel better knowing the new plastic is not leaching into my coffee.
