However a very helpful staff member, Layla, checked in with us to make certain we had ordered the correct size. Before the chair was dispatched. Very efficient. I also subsequently had more queries and nothing was too much trouble. My 93 year mum has been given a boost now we can go further afield niw we have the chair.
