Well made.

Good quality product. Excellent customer service. Delivered securely and in the time frame agreed.

No complaints re shipping, no experience with customer service

This is my second purchase of the excelG logic wheelchair, the first lasted 5+ years and had lots of milage on it and if I'm honest a few years of that carried too much weight. Lighter me decided to buy again as it's easily manageable as a self propelled or assisted. It's very light for the husband to fold down and put in the boot of the car and the handle bar brakes help if we're going down slopes or to secure the wheels if he's pushing and I've got my hands full. Foot rests spin under the seat when not needed and arm rest can be adjusted. For the price it's probably the best light weight collapsible wheelchair available. Great price fun mobility shop and the only moan was that I received no order update, it just arrived after a few days from DHL (I think).

great

With the seller, great experience with customer service over a couple of days. With the contracted delivery firm a bad experience.. which is how I experienced the prior. The chair seat is a lot wider than expected, the chair very heavy duty imo. And I'm used to seeking out well-made things. And to my surprise the wheels are 'solid'. So no risk of puncture. Based on customer support alone, I will be using this seller again. Even though the delivery contractor for po13 was pretty useless. Just allow a couple extra days for delivery beyond the date the delivery contractor states.

Good, a complete replacement for the old one but feels just the same.
