Loved the wheelchair. Very comprehensive information on website and delivery within 2 days. Pity the online ordering system is clunky, with ridiculous restrictions around formatting address. Took 4 attempts and phonecall to place order (which couldn't be done over the phone). Otherwise helpful staff and very happy with wheelchair.

Excellent service

This head restraint is well designed and impressively constructed too. It works effectively and folds downwards when the chair is collapsed, adding very little to the overall space required to stow away. Given that all fixed seats in modern cars must have a head restraint fitted, I don’t understand why wheelchair passengers aren’t afforded similar protection by law. Highly recommended to keep your loved ones safe.
