We are very happy with the wheelchair: it's lightweight, manoeuvrable and folds down conveniently to go in the car. Mum finds it very comfortable too. The experience with the lovely team at Mobility Shop was outstanding: they really went the extra mile to help us get the right chair and delivered it very fast, even though it was a weekend.

The folding wheelchair is excellent for the purpose I purchased it for and the price point. It gives my wife a bit more freedom in that I can now take her out of our home. I would have rated it 5* however the chair had a couple of minor faults. Firstly, one of the foot supports would not fit into position due to a bent attachment but was easily bent into shape. Secondly one of the arm rests has slight damage but neither fault detracted from the usefulness of the chair.

This is my second wheelchair I love it and I recommend it to anyone who needs one

There was an issue with the courier that Mobility Shop used, which caused delay and confusion about the delivery day and time, but when I phoned they were apologetic, and in the end it was delivered within a few days of ordering, which I thought was reasonable.
