Ordering is so easy! Amazing customer service. I placed an order online with Isabel, and she was so nice and made the process headache free. I’ve placed an order online before and the shipping was so fast. I think I received my product within a few days and it was handled with so much care.

I am writing to document my experience with this company after purchasing a walk-in shower that arrived with extensive hidden damage. The exterior packaging showed some scuffs and damage that could be expected with shipping and handling. The moment we unpacked the unit, we were stunned by the amount of internal damage — multiple cracks, breaks, and structural compromises that could not have occurred during normal handling. It was clear that the product had been shipped in this condition and/or packaged in a way that concealed the damage. When we contacted the company to report the issue, we were told that because I had signed for the delivery, the problem was now “our responsibility” and that we had no further recourse with them, and that we needed to contact the shipper. The truck driver did not leave any paperwork, so I have no way of knowing who they are. Nevertheless, I feel that this response was both dismissive and unprofessional. Signing for a delivery does not absolve a company of responsibility for shipping a defective or damaged product, especially when the damage is concealed beneath intact packaging. The lack of accountability, the refusal to offer any remedy, and the overall treatment we received were deeply disappointing. No customer should be left with a damaged product and told, “Sorry about your luck. ” Based on our experience, we strongly caution others to avoid doing business with this company or its shipping partners. The product quality, packaging practices, and customer service fell far below acceptable standards, and we would not want anyone else to go through what we did.
