Horrible Experience
I got my order and the shower pan was broken. I called to return the item and get a new one and nobody was answering so I had to order from somewhere else. Then when I called to return the whole thing, I was charged a restocking fee saying that I could only return whatever was broken, but it was a whole piece along with the shower walls. So my experience was horrible with this company and I’m a company owner and I will not buy from you again.

Not only was the product that I ordered cheaper here than any other website, the quality is outstanding! I ordered vent/duct covers for my entire house and they all arrived quickly, in great condition, and have been extremely durable with no issues.
