After receiving a damaged case due to shipping, I contacted support to let them know the situation. I was very pleased that support was beyond understanding and extremely courtesy to me. I purchased a phone case from this company after recommendation from 95 Google I haven't received the phone case yet . but I issue with putting in a voucher and I emailed them they sorted out immediately. top class customer service if the phone case is anything near the quality of customer service I'll certainly be buying from this company again

Bought the clear case for my iPhone XS Max, loved it but noticed the next day some scratches on the back. Wasn’t sure if it came like that or I somehow scratched it. Emailed them and same day was contacted by Marcos who immediately asked if I wanted a refund or a new case. I chose the case because I really like it. Just great no questions asked customer service. I’m awaiting my new one.

I love this case because it has cut out for the buttons. The other cases on the market don't have the same cut out and have less protection. Drawback : this case is too expensive for a simple thin case.

I unfortunately ordered the wrong case; all on me. I figured I'\d try and change it. I received an email from Marcos Chen explaining it was too late to change but he cancelled my order and refunded the money so I could order the correct case. I am so grateful he could do this for my on my dumb mistake

Great case at a good price

I would say if you just want to protect the back for scratches without compromising to expose look and still feel like not holding something bulky then this is the right case for you. I used some other cases in the past but not a fan for any case except this one as you can still feel the perfect width and thickness of your phone not the case. I love this case and would recommend it to others.

I had order a few times from your company, but the shipping tends to be very slow even we paid so much for shipping. Quality of the case is very good but not on the delivery part.

I recently received the wrong case for my new Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. I contacted customer care stating so. I quickly got a response of apology and they expedited the correct case to me. Very pleased.

I had some issues regarding my order's payment but Marcos helped me sort things out. It was an unfortunate but none of MNML's fault but still I got much from Marcos' help. As soon as things get sorted out, I'll definitely place an order.

Extremely friendly and helpful , best customer service ever experienced !

I initially loved this case when I first got and installed it, as it did everything it said it would do. It still feels great in to the touch, and provides protection against scuffs and scrapes. However, after about 3 months of having it on my Pixel 3 XL, I've noticed that the back of the case, especially around the finger print sensor, has started to warp and bubble. I suspect this is due to the plastic stretching as a result of heat, but most of that heat comes from my Pixel Stand wireless charger, which this case says it supports. As a result, there is a noticeable gap in between the case and the phone, and a lot of dust and debris is getting into the case, and I have to clean it almost once a week. It also feels weird to hold, especially when I'm trying to unlock my phone. Hope they can fix this issue in future versions, but I'm not impressed at the moment.
