Ordered the case on June 10th . Even after 25 days It was not delivered .. Support team ordered & shipped the new case with priority delivery. Customer support is very good. Although the case is slippery but a Nice case..

Purchased case for my OnePlus 7 Pro from MNML Amazon US store. I live in Australia. Case arrived very rapidly. Lovely fit and finish that really supports phone aesthetics. What REALLY sets these guys apart is their INCREDIBLE customer service. My case split after 2 months. I reached out to customer service and they responded rapidly, apologised for the inconvenience, and sent me a new (replacement) case, completely free of charge, no questions asked. It's just arrived in Australia only days after contacting MNML. All customer service was via Marcos, who is absolutely fantastic. Thanks Marcos! After almost a month of waiting for a case for my iPhone 8, it arrived in pretty much a bag with no padding. Once I opened it the case was smashed along with the box it came in. The case was split on the sides and is unusable. I will be getting a refund and never buying again.

Bought this case due to all the good reviews it got. I'm not impressed. Very thin case and not sure how it could protect my phone if dropped. The camera lense is flush with the lip around the case and am not convinced the lense would not scratch or shatter.

I purchased a clear iPhone 11 for my red phone. It’s very thin, shows the color of the phone beautifully and most importantly has a great grip when holding. The customer support for this company is outstanding! If you have any issues just reach out to them via Twitter, Instagram or any method. I don’t really write reviews but I have to say they deserve it. They respond so great, and really put their customers first. I really recommend!

I ordered a case for my Pixel 4XL and the cutouts were off a little causing the power button to be pushed, I emailed customer service and they shipped a new one out that day! These cases are so super slim, if you are looking for scratch protection without the bulk, they look incredible!

Initially I was a little put out because it looked like our Cali Cases would not arrive before Christmas. I reached out and was contacted by Marcos who was very supportive and professional. From the time I pressed the order of two 4XL cases, I had been waiting for its arrival. Unfortunately it was stuck at somewhere for more than a week, I immediately emailed to customer service. Their responses are just so speedy also with caring, follow up emails with my order and so forth. I finally received my cases yesterday, this is as thrilled as I could imagine. They are the best cases I had ever have before, along with the incredible customer services, I'm about to place another order for other colours too.

I received a coupon code and entered it for my order. The code was rejected and I couldn't place the order in time for the sale. I emailed customer service and received a friendly and helpful reply with a working code. I ordered two cases and eagerly await their arrival. When it comes to phone cases I prefer them to not take too much away from the original design of the device while offering a good amount of protection. The transparent version in this circumstance was exactly what I was looking for. My Pixel 4 XL is protected from day to day wear and tear, and it doesn't obstruct the phone's overall look or functionality. Not to mention that I don't have worry about leaving fingerprints all over the back of my black phone and the camera protection is a nice addition. All in all a great product that I could not give enough praise for.
