I didn’t realize the beanie had cuts along the top of the cuff and when I tried multiple times to reach out to exchange it or be refunded, I never heard back. It felt like a scam because the return policy said “within 30 days” but then the dude just ignores your emails.

I received the wrong color for the waterproof satin lined bonnet that I ordered. It was supposed to be icy blue/white. However, I received the olive green/bright green one. I do not like the color at all and it is not what I ordered. I sent an email to customer service over a week ago and haven’t gotten a response yet.

Amazing hat! Big enough that it covers your whole head. Thick and keeps you warm! Love being able to protect my curls during the winter season!

I love the bonnet for my long straight hair, I feel like it needs the extra room to not get tangled and it helps sooo much with styling in the morning. I personally can’t tie the ends without getting a headache so I just wrap them around and then tuck them under the band so it’s maybe not as secure but if it slides off a little it’s easy to put back on anyway. Definitely happy I got one <3 Shipping took a few weeks but I’d rather get a quality product from a small business than have it at the drop of a hat.
