Shipping was fast considering that I live rurrally. Everything was there and my tea cup was bubble wrapped for protection. My only complaint is that my two favorite items have sold out and haven't been restocked in about a month. One item I can buy off Amazon but would prefer to buy here. I will wait and see if the stuff comes back before I search elsewhere. Great online market
