Never had any issues with orders, apart from one or two times that a jar leaked or package broke, that was mostly due to rough shipping. Love the range of products, flavors and brands. I order from Bokksu 1-2 times a month at this point. Its my go-to snack store. And I get to try a variety of ingredients I cant find where I live.
