I was sad to have to return them because they are gorgeous and the leather is so buttery I almost wanted to Cinderella stepsister my foot. (Ha!) If MizMooz ever makes boots that are just a bit wider, I’ll be the first in line to buy a pair (or two). Shipping was fast and the return was easy!

I own a very old, well-loved pair of two-tone Miz-Mooz oxfords, and I have spent years looking for a replacement. An oxford or derby-style shoe that is feminine enough to wear with pants or dresses is incredibly hard to find, but so practical! I did not like the look of Miz-Mooz’s derby, Letty, but *almost* relented and bought them just to have shoes in the closet. I am so pleased that Miz-Mooz just released the more feminine-looking Ivey! Comparing the shape with my old pair of beloved Miz-Mooz, Ivey is shaped narrower, so I carefully wore them around the house to make sure they fit before wearing them out. They do fit perfectly in my normal size (I did not need wide), plus leather stretches over time. I have slight bunions, and no discomfort at all. I just had to adjust the shoelaces, as the shoes come laced super tight. Note: The shoelaces are too short to lace in any other way (I tried several variations). I wear these the way they came, with the shoelaces elegantly tucked under, not tied. I am relieved to have a pair of shoes that match everything and that I can walk miles in! Dear Miz-Mooz, please make something like this in two-tone tan/cream!

Great boots!

Very poor quality. I tried them on at home just to make sure they were my size and returned them the following day. Miz Mooz customer support rejected the refund, claiming there were significant signs of wear. I also believe they mixed up the boxes, as they mentioned there was a bag from another brand inside and said they would send it back to me — but that bag was not mine.

The first shipment came in and on shoe was a little off concerning the leather bow. Miz Mooz quickly sent out a new pair after I returned. Couldn’t ask for a better response
